除了能品嘗自己動手做的美味,過程中您還能深入了解客家糯米糍的由來和製作技巧。這是一個難得的機會,不只能學習到新的烹飪技能,更能欣賞客家飲食文化的獨特魅力。

Hakka Sticky Rice Dumpling Workshop

KukPo Vision invite Seasonfood @seasonfoodhk teach you to experience the making of authentic Hakka cuisine! In the morning Hakka sticky rice dumpling DIY workshop, our experienced Hakka culinary chef from KukPo Li Family will guide you to handcraft the chewy and delectable Hakka sticky rice dumplings.Not only will you be able to savor the delicious dumplings you made yourself, but you will also gain a deeper understanding of the origins and techniques behind Hakka sticky rice dumplings. This is a rare opportunity not only to learn new culinary skills, but also to appreciate the unique charm of Hakka food culture.
